Summary: The front desk staff were not very friendly. The lobby was cold and we were told we could not put the tv on. We asked for more hot water for tea and never got it. The halls and elevators smelled terrible.

Summary: Typical Hampton, but a little on the dirty side. Room had a discarded plastic fork on the floor when I first entered the room. Sheets on the one bed were stained (luckily there were 2 beds).

Summary: Front desk staff was fine. However, twice I had floor staff knocking at my door checking if I was out, even with the do not disturb tag on. Then a phone call about check out. If you can't manage your schedule, don't book rooms.
